- Preparing employee′s ticket administration that going periodically or occasionally based on requirements including selecting vendor, monitoring, and coordinating with all parties related
- Preparing flight tickets analysis
- Preparing visa arrangements
- Managing accommodation and transportation for employee business trip and/or Company’s guest and preparing its reports monthly
- Handling Incoming Calls
- Monitoring vacant meeting room
- Recording all Incoming Fax in receipt book and distributing them
- Preparing payment voucher for plane ticket, hotel, courier services, reimbursement claim
- General support to People Management project or program
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Diploma degree, bachelor degree from administration, accounting major or equivalent
- High achievement orientation
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Understand office management, event management, travel arrangement, purchasing management, administration skill
- Computer literate
- Understand ISO 14001 & OHSAS 1800
- Start: mid May 2017
