CORPORATE FINANCE OFFICER

Job Detail

Scope of Job: 

  • Ensuring close cooperation with Banks and Investors to ensure smooth flow of transactions when required
  • Making sure all the necessary corporate documents are submitted on time
  • Liaising with all parties involved in the finance project and assist with negotiations
  • Regularly checking for updates from banks to ensure all requests are fulfilled
  • Updating financial projections and company presentation quarterly
  • Providing monthly/quarterly/yearly reports as required in the agreements to financiers or related parties
  • Monitoring and checking all negative covenants are complied
  • Supplying corporate data for new loans, KYC process, legal and financial due diligence, etc
  • Assisting in making presentation materials, projections, prospectus, pitch book for potential financiers
  • Analising financial statements, public data, competitor informations to provide comprehensive market research material
  • Execute documents related to fund raising
  • Liaising with various External parties on various finance projects
  • Managing relationships with banks and investors, hedge fund
  • Coordinating with related parties regarding vessel / company appraisal, new funding, project financing, including vessel’s buy and sell
  • Checking and discussing with regulators on related rules and regulations affecting Company’s financial decisions
  • Filing documents and corporate letters
  • Filing the minutes of meeting and attendance record of meetings
  • Performing the payment of all vouchers relating to corporate finance activities

Job Qualification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Finance/Accounting with minimum 1 year of working experience in Capital Market industry, Master degree is preferably
  • English fluency is mandatory, oral & written. 
  • Good knowledge in Finance and Banking Management, money and capital market, and shipping industry.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strive for achievement, concern on customer service satisfaction, initiate continuous improvement and initiate interpersonal relationship. 
  • Able to analyze issue and use sound judgement, to plan & organize, to understand business process, to seek information, to pay attention to details, and to have business intelligence. 
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Able to join immediately.
